How can I place an order?

Currently we are not an e-commerce site. We take orders via our social media sites (Facebook, Instagram) or WhatsApp. You can also reach out to us with your requirements from the Contact Us page
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Once we receive your product from our weavers, it is thoroughly checked and custom packed. It is then shipped via standard/speed post. Tracking ID of the same will be shared with you upon shipment. Delivery time varies based on your shipping location.
What methods of payment do you accept?

Our methods of payment are NEFT Bank Transfer and UPI (GPay or other). We accept cash only in certain cities of Goa.
What should I do if the type of product that I want is not listed?

We have displayed a limited amount of products since we are constantly working to increase our variety. Moreover, we understand that every product comes in a different colour or pattern. If you would like to see more pictures or enquire for varieties, please feel free to reach out to us and we would love to help you!
How can I place an order if I'm not residing in India?

We are pleased to share with you that BhaWeYa has successfully completed international orders. Please contact us with your enquiry and country of residence we will be delighted to inform you of the next steps.
